LALENA, Ouidad Signature Salon - Santa Monica Tatiana Froehlich: I had an amazing first experience here! I have type 3 curls, and it was my first time getting a haircut from a curly hair specialist. Madison is the stylist who I was assigned to, and she did a phenomenal job handling all my questions, teaching me all about curls, and about how to care for and style them. She also listened to my vision extremely well, while recommending certain shifts based on her knowledge & experience of curl type and face shape etc. I feel that she executed on the vision we agreed on extremely well, and also trimmed a little extra after styling after I asked for a tweak.
The overall salon feel was very positive overall as well. Good vibes from everyone I interacted with. Highly recommend. It felt very worth the price!
Zaine Colour Salon - Santa Monica Isabel VA: Got my hair colored by Herminia and Emmanuel at this salon last week and it was such an amazing experience! Everyone was so welcoming and kind. When you get color done it can be a lengthy process, but the time honestly flew by! Im absolutely OBSESSED with the results. My hair texture wasnt compromised which was important to me! They both were very knowledgeable on all the products and were very helpful with all my questions as well. I included some pics:)
Blowdry Hair Plus - Santa Monica Tracy McGeagh: Fiona is a master at everything hair - from color to highlights to cut to blow dry. She transformed my color after Madison Reed (the color bar) ruined it - she is also incredibly fast and finishes blow drys in 30-45 minutes and cut and color in 1.5 hours - I highly recommend Fiona of Blow Hair Dry Plus!

JULY 19- In late May, I decided to transform my blonde balayage into a rich wine red. Multiple stylists in Las Vegas, informed me that to achieve my desired shade, they first needed to apply an auburn color to neutralize the blonde and assess if the final color was achievable. Despite the uncertainty, I took the plunge with one of those stylist and was left with a dark auburn color with peaks of blonde that didnt take.
Eight weeks later, I found myself in Santa Monica, CA, and stumbled upon Aube Salon. On a whim, I approached a stylist named Koko for a last-minute attempt to achieve my dream color. I showed her my inspo photo, and without hesitation or excuses, she assured me she could make it happen. Koko even promised to help recondition my hair.
Skeptical, I waited for the reveal. But when I put my glasses back on and saw the stunning result, I was blown away. My hair looked perfect, almost like I was wearing a flawless wig. The salon, a Japanese style hair establishment, clearly delivered exceptional quality.
I had my daughter with me and she got long layers put in her hair, a refreshing and thorough shampoo, followed by a blow dry.
Im now a devoted fan and plan to return in three months for a touch-up, regardless of the four-hour drive or hour-long flight. Its worth every mile for such beautiful results.
