    Jaqi Kennedy: Ill definitely be coming back to Pro Automotive regularly for any car troubles I had. I had taken my car to another mechanic shop in the area a couple months ago and while they swapped out a part that was supposedly broken, my original issue of a noise in the engine was not fixed. On top of having some miscommunications and being unreliable, I realised I needed a new mechanic. I stumbled upon Pro Automotive and Im super glad I did. Carmen at the front desk has been a mix of professional and genuine. Chris was amazing at being able to tell me where the problems were and getting things fixed up quickly. Overall, I think this shop is definitely the spot to have your car fixed properly and at a fair price.

    kaitlin mamie: This car repair shop INTENTIONALLY messed up my car. I’m literally waiting for the tow truck as we speak. This is the second time my car broke down in the last 3 days. I brought my car in to deal with a simple leak. After paying over $1500 to fix it (by the way there is a $60 fee to pay with credit card which should have been a red flag. They really want to discourage you from that because you can reverse charges that way). I got the car back and assumed the leaking was fixed… A few days later we noticed the car was STILL leaking. So I brought the car back in and told them. They looked at it and called me saying it was a DIFFERENT leak this time. They asked me if I wanted a quote and that it would take them a day to fix. I was upset and told them it’s unfair to ask for more money when I already paid $1500 for the leaks to be fixed. After some back and forth they begrudgingly agreed. But then like an hour later they called us back and said the car was ready to be picked up. Which I thought was strange since they previously told us it would take a day to fix. I picked up the car and when I drove it on the freeway it immediately felt weird. I called my husband and said “you don’t think they would have done something to the car do you?” 2 days later my car broke down on the freeway which was terrifying. The car just completely died on the highway and the hood started smoking. Then two days later the car broke down AGAIN!!! 7 years no problems with my car and a few DAYS out of this shop and my car is now completely DEAD. This is beyond unethical and after I finish typing this message I’m writing to the Better Business Bureau to report them. They intentionally put me in danger. These people are criminals. Do NOT go here.
