After moving back from San Diego, it was important for me to find a group of women who I can connect with, and grow with through bible study and events. Victory Outreach - El Centro Ricardo Rodriguez: Christian church site. Great and friendly people there. In my experience, I met many people whom have changed their way of life and attending this church. Regardless of what walk of life they may come from, all were friendly and welcoming.
