Geris Reflections Salon - Auburn Susan Gedney: Not the professional level one expects these days. They invite dogs in off the street if an owner is walking by, then they all pet the dog dispersing dog hair everywhere, and they go back to work with out washing their hands.
While I was waiting for my appt. a lady came in with a dog to stay for her 2 hour visit, the lady had no disabilities. When i asked if the dog could move out of the walk way so i could get to the bathroom, i was told to use the park bathroom where the homeless hangout.
I have a disability due to a back injury and need a taller toilet. Was dumbfounded that I as a paying customer was being denied the use if the bathroom.
Avoid this place if you are looking for professional service and especially if you have allergies.
5 Oclock Shadow - Auburn Elaine Ebbert: Love my hairdresser DeAnna. Shes an amazing colorist and knows her trade, with years of experience....and the shop, theyre always decorating and selling amazing things on the side! Art, clothing, hair products....love this place!
Great Clips - Auburn Iona Kellison: Did an online check in for a hair trim for my kids. They were able to see them both at the same time.
They did a great job with the kids haircuts and was patient with my hovering to see how much Id like trimmed off.
They were quick and efficient with their wash and dry as well.
SUPERCUTS - Auburn Kerry Thompson: Sadie is the best stylist I have ever had. She is so talented! So sweet! I recommend her to everyone. And just love her!! Everyone t

Cherise Atkinson Salon & Apothecary - Quincy Jake and Shannon McCarty: Last weekend I was traveling from out of town for a wedding. We made a stop for the night in Quincy. I went into Cherises Salon and Apothecary. I had the best experience and had to share. I had forgotten to bring my favorite shampoo with me and was super bummed about it. I have a really sensitive scalp and new wash is the only shampoo that doesnt irritate my scalp but still leaves my hair looking great. I was so happy to be able to get some at Cherises salon and not be with out it my whole trip. Cherise is great and was even kind enough to answer some questions I had about a friend who is having hair problems due to a health issue. I was blown away by how helpful, and kind Cherise was to me, and how lovely and intentional her space is. Highly recommend a stop in. Cherise and her Salon are a true Gem! I will absolutely be stopping in next time I am traveling through.
Halo - Quincy Takeima Garcia: Julie always does a marvelous job. I see her every two weeks and always beyond satisfied! I love this place :) Highly recommend!!
