1 /5 Ilya Prozorov: Schedule an appointment to fix a recalled item on my accord. Appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance and I was told it will take at least 4 hours. I took a day off to take care of it. Came for my appointment today just to find out that they didn’t order parts and it will take another month…worst service ever!

5 /5 Chaos Cascade: I drive an hour each way to go to Hanlees in Davis for quality service I can trust. Certified technician David Chung and Service Advisor Luis Pulido have been astonishingly good at keeping my 25 year old 4Runner running as if it’s not even middle age yet. If they keep the good work up…these guys (born just a few years before my 4Runner) are going to retire before my truck does. Straight talk and well earned trust over the years from those two has created a loyal customer. The sort of loyalty that has me driving past several other Toyota dealers and all the way to Davis when something needs looking after on my truck. Getting it right the first time and the peace of mind make it worth it.

2 /5 Jamie McDole: Made an appointment online and received a text confirmation. They didn’t have it when I arrived. I was told to wait outside and someone would be with me. So I stood out in the cold and another person arrived and was promptly helped while is stood there over 10 minutes freezing. Not impressed. And I get the joy of coming back every 5,000 miles for prepaid service.

5 /5 Theresa Varland: Recently, we had to take my husband‘s car in for recall they let us know there is a couple, so we are able to leave the car for a day they get parts. It was done in two days. I appreciate the honesty and a quickness. All is good. We love our Toyota cars.
