1 /5 Holly Higgins: I was visiting from out of town and made an appointment for “just a trim”. Spoke to the stylist and we agreed that a couple inches at most needed to come off the length. My hair was mid-back length with long layers that started at my shoulders. When I left my hair was two distinct lengths, one above the shoulders around my face with an abrupt stop behind that and was in short choppy “layers” that didn’t blend at all and looked like either a toddler with scissors or a weed-whacked was turned loose. I wish there was a way to post a photo. It is epic. Looks like the world’s longest and most hideous mullet. Unreal. I lost a total of 8” and will probably lose another 2-3” getting this mess fixed by someone who knows what they are doing. That woman basically cut off the dry ends from the bottom layer and made them as short as the dry ends above my shoulders. It will take me at least two years to grow back. I can’t even get it in a braid and the hack job is even visible in a ponytail. I have been crying since I left. Devastated. I won’t even walk by the place again.
