There’s a lot of natural lighting and the space feels very open. I will definitely be coming back especially because of Bell. She’s an amazing hair stylist who I’ve had the pleasure of knowing since I first went to her in 2016 and not once have I left her chair feeling insecure about my hair. I love her and I always trust her suggestions and opinions. Belen was also my hairstylist for my wedding and I loved how beautiful my hair was for my wedding. Gabriela Mendoza: (Edit: I did leave something out accidentally but after we added my hair color and washed it my hair was still damp when she decided to brush my hair extremely rough and hair was coming out of my highlights left and right because it was freshly bleached and I thought it was common knowledge but when hair is bleached it becomes more elastic and when hair is wet it also becomes elastic and putting those two together made my hair very brittle and as a hair stylist I thought she would know better but I guess not?? And when she was done brushing my hair there was a good Chunk of purple hair on the actual brush it looked like I was balding and losing hair. Now I have spilt ends about every where from that and a bunch of fly away hairs and my hair is extremely damaged..)The customer service was great they were extremely nice there are just a few things I did have a problem with first was just the pricing when I had messaged them about the price was about 225 but I paid well over 400 which was like why even give me that starting price if the actual price was gonna be no where near it so that sucked cause now my parents how to pay a good 200 more for something honestly I could’ve went somewhere else for the original price of 225 but they kept that information from me until the end my second problem was just the hair cut I asked for some side bangs cuz I had really been wanting them for a while, Kylie was working with me she was extremely nice but I just didn’t like the side bangs at all as you can see in the first picture it’s very much just pretty straight and looked like a bowl cut when my hair was tied back and she added way too much hair for the side bangs/ curtain bangs she said that since my hair was freshly cut but I waited a good 5 days to see if anything would look good I tried styling it as best i could but at last nothing worked. luckily I watched a simple video on how to do it and ended up just fixing it myself as you can see in the second to last picture so it wouldn’t be so flat now I’m just waiting for it to grow back.. my last problem was the actual color of my hair honestly not that big of problem but I asked for this deeper purple I sent the second photo as a reference to Eugene and they gave me this magenta/violet looking color which I wasn’t a fan of because I didn’t like standing out so much and my hair was like neon which don’t get my wrong it’s such a cute color and I got a lot of compliments on it, it just wasn’t for me but I grew to like it just not what I asked for I did try to reach out to Kylie on instagram for a few questions but never got a text back..but yea overall the actual highlights were amazing I loved them so much Kylie did an amazing job it’s just these things I did have a problem with thank you
