3 /5 Jennifer Hoglund: Update: 5 months after I started seeing Cori she canceled my appointment due to illness. Totally understandable. She said shed call to reschedule. Cool. Two weeks later and nothing. No response to messages from my friend who is also a client. Three weeks later and I get an appointment reminder for the next day. I message asking if it was a mistake because we hadnt made an appointment. She said no, she was trying to get me in as soon as possible. I said the my work/life schedule needs more than 24 hours notice. And she never responded to me again. *** Saw Cori for my reblonding. She did great with the directions I provided from my past stylist. Lightened my hair a bit more than normal. The husband loves it.

Everything about this salon is 5 star - from the text message the day before reminding you of your appointment to the receptionist that greets you when you arrive. It is clear that everybody that works here is happy ~ and everybody that leaves is too. Learned about this salon from my friend that has been going to Tanya ~ who is also excellent.

5 /5 Bonnie Conrad: Went here for the first time this week. Loved it! Cori trimmed and thinned my thick wavy hair. She did an amazing job. Happy to find a good hairdresser in Chico.

1 /5 Bailey Pape: I booked a cut and color for my birthday. When I arrived I was informed that the girl I had been booked with only had time for a cut which was really disappointing since I had arranged to have someone watch my kid just for this. Cut was average and cost $50! Luckily I had a gift card. Wont be back.
