Mai Nail Bar - Pasadena Kperry Perry: This is my 3rd time coming to shop for Gel pedicure and I was disappointed with the service today. They’re pricey but I don’t mind paying when I’m satisfied with service. Today was mediocre and maybe because I came later in the day. There was not cutting of cuticles or removal and ingrown. I have never had to make a request for special treatment, it is part of the general service. Typically, you’re greeted and offered beverage and I even had to request this, something was off today and I will return because it may have an isolated incident. Overall , I like the overall cleanliness and services

Lee is incredibly dedicated to her customers and always goes the extra mile to make sure your nails are done with care and precision. She truly listens to what you want and never rushes through her work, ensuring you’re 100% happy with the results.
What really sets Lee apart is her commitment to quality service. If your nails chip or anything happens, she will gladly fix them, at no cost or minimal charge. She truly knows what she is doing, as she was able to look at a picture of the color I wanted and match it perfectly. It’s so refreshing to find someone in the nail industry who genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.

Lee’s Nails & Spa - Pasadena Kemberly Cantero: I used to be a frequent customer but temporarily stopped due to an incident I had a couple months prior. I chose to go back because I refused to let one bad experience stop me from a really good nail salon. I want to say the misunderstanding came from a language barrier so I went back and everyone who works there has always been very kind and professional. They remembered me from the last time and they went above and beyond for me to make me feel like a valued customer. I was able to show a picture reference and then I was assisted by a very skilled nail technician who did a beautiful job. Thank you Lees Nail & Spa for making me feel welcomed and surpassing my expectations. My nails are beautiful and I appreciate the love and understanding that I felt today when I went into your business. I highly recommend.
Elite Nails - Pasadena Jessica Benjamin: Came in as a walk in two days ago for an acrylic fill and pedicure. While I appreciate that they tried to squeeze me in, I ended up spending two and a half hours waiting on and off and being shuffled between multiple nail techs.
Part of my gel nail chipped the day after the manicure and by day two half of the thumb has peeled off. Will not be coming back and would suggest others look elsewhere if you need nail services in Pasadena.
LAK the nail art Russian manicure studio - Pasadena briana guedea: Love coming here for my gel manicures, Clean, Fun conversations, and over a good experience! All with my natural nails, for years it was hard to grow them out because they would get brittle, and break off but not here. They help maintain the health and strength of my nails!! 1000% recommend
Happy Lavender Nail Spa - Pasadena csilla quiles: Love this new location! So clean and easy parking. The owner has been doing my nails for many years and I recently followed her to this new location. The salon has a nice peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a professional nail tech and a no drama kind of salon. Sit back relax and treat yourself. I schedule my appointments for every two weeks and I always look forward to it.
South Lake Nail Design - Pasadena Mark Hafeman: I was late for an 11:30 appointment and called. She told me they would do a rush job on my mom because they had an appointment at 12:00. She said they also had a 12:30 opening. So I rushed in for the shorter appointment rather than wait. I even gave her a good tip. Then I realized as my mom’s nails dried that she didn’t have a 12:00 appointment because she was eating lunch. Since she didn’t have a 12:30 appointment she obviously could have gone slightly overtime since she did not have a 12:00 appointment and lied about it. I wish I had not given her a tip. I have other options next time.
C & L Nail Shop - Pasadena Karina Montilla: Great place for Mani-Pedi! Came in with my daughters and they were able to take care of all of us. Super clean and very friendly staff. Everyone is super talented when it comes to nails.
Y2K Nails - Pasadena Mia Tralongo: I’ve been coming here for a while now, and each visit impresses me even more. Jasmine is truly an artist—I completely trust her expertise. I always get the gel builder, and my nails last over four weeks until my next fill. On top of that, Y2K is incredibly convenient, with easy parking, a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and fair prices. Couldn’t be happier!
