I made an appointment and asked if they do Apple Pay and was told yes. sat down. she moved very quickly, which would have been great if she wasn’t cutting my cuticles up while she did it. she was on a phone call for half the appointment and honestly it felt like that was taking her focus away from what she was doing. I was cut to the point of bleeding at the sink when I went to wash my hands. she left acrylic residue all over my fingers-which I knew was going to happen bc she had the brush all over my fingers. one hand has a shiny top coat, while the other looks more matte-bc for whatever reason she felt the need to rush through my nails. now back to the Apple Pay. I go to pay and I asked if they do Apple Pay again, and was told “yes. but that doesn’t count for tips”. as if I was required to give a tip? I didn’t. will not be back and I don’t recommend.
