LLB purch: I recently went to Great Clips for the first time. I needed not only to shorten my hair but also to improve the shape of the haircut. My previous haircut elsewhere left my hair looking unbalanced. Imelda did my haircut. First, she told me what she proposed to do during the cut and asked me if I would be okay with that. Each step of the cut, Imelda told me what she was doing and asked if I was okay with it. The finished product was great! I will definitely ask for Imelda the next time I get my haircut!
Valdez Greg (Method): Had me and my son get haircuts here for awhile since my girl knew about her from years back. She would cut my hair alright never great. I’ve called and made appointments and still have to wait a hour for the appointment. Now to the bigger issue my son is autistic she’s been cutting his hair for years and he’s gotten worse each time we go crying and screaming. She wants us to hold him down and just go over his hair one time with one size clip. I asked can you try to at least even it up make it look better this time and she said no he moves. No patience or confidence in this lady. We went to another salon now the lady said she can tell he’s traumatized from his experiences with the other lady. That you have to show the kids especially autistic kids that it won’t hurt, never hold them down just be patient and get them use to it. She cut his hair alittle not much but told us she will cut his hair free until it is cut right and will work with him to get him use to haircuts the right way and show him it’s not scary. She had a beautiful personality working with my child and was very patient.
jessica martinez Ibarra: I had a great experience coming to Straight Faded with my son who has level 2 Autism. Steven was amazing and patient with my son and not to mention he had a great set of super quiet clippers. I had not been able to get him to sit for a barber in the past 4years but today we were successful. We will definitely be coming back to see you regularly Steven, thank you!
Vanessa Mendoza: Had my daughters hair cut here. The ladys were so nice! And my daughter was treated so sweetly. Hair cut looks amazing. I had came in because my daughters hair is always tangled. So I asked for advice and they told me exactly what was need to be done! Will ne coming back!
