Hes been a mechanic his entire life, and has a sixth sense when it comes to cars and repairs (He drives a Jaguar V12). And on top of that, hes honest and nice. Had to replace shocks on my Infiniti G37SC. Dropped the car off, and it was done quickly at a reasonable price. My Sons G35Cs window wouldnt go up. Was fixed the next day...bad motor. Also completed at a very reasonable price. Ive been using Garaffos Auto Repair for about 20 years. I drive 40 miles to drop off my car here because hes the best!! You cant go wrong with Garaffo!!

I told him I’m not home before that time but somehow he showed up at my house at 9:12 and called me to come out. After confirming he can come back at 10 am, I went on with my thing. He then sent a message at 9:37 saying he’s busy and won’t come back today. I messaged him to ask about other time but he wouldn’t reply. I called him and try to find out what’s going on, only to get a text to tell me stop calling and he’s busy. Wouldn’t even dare to pick up and apologize. Such a way to handle business.
