He performed oral surgery on me that ended up being much more significant than expected without a hitch and I healed more quickly and thoroughly than I could have dreamt. 5 /5 Mike Haley: I can’t thank dr.HU and all the staff at five star dental enough! They should change the name to 10 star dental! I had the worst anxiety and had to have a tooth extracted, the staff and Dr.Hu and Shannon answered all my questions in and out of the office when ever I was questioning the healing process! It made thing’s so much easier and now i can trust the dentist again! If you are looking for gentle care and understanding people, 5stardental is the place to go! Thank you guys sooo much!

I have to give a special shoutout to Jessie, she was amazing! So kind and reassuring, and really went out of her way to make sure I was okay throughout my visit. The rest of the staff were also awesome, just a really positive vibe all around. I’m usually not a fan of going to the dentist, but this place honestly changed that for me. Highly recommend!

Angela R: Update: They lost the information I sent them about my payment because they changed office managers twice. Im now on the 3rd office manager. It is now somehow my responsibility to find and give them the information again. Which was a pain to find in the first place because we have a flex spending account. My son has had braces for 3 years. A year over the recommended time, and now he has stained teeth and possibly cavities. I can not say much that is good about this place. We are still being charged for the irrigation treatment. Not at all happy with their business practices. This place is horrible! The business has gone downhill. They had overcharged me almost a hundred dollars, and Im still fighting 3 years later to get my money back. Check your paperwork! Dont sign anything! They will charge you for procedures you dont want because you didnt have them change the paperwork to reflect it. They charged my husband for a lazer treatment and irrigation cleaning he said no to because the insurance didnt cover it. But he signed the "estimate" they charged him anyway. There is no way to contact the corporate office to complain of the business practices or ask for help in matters like being overcharged. The company only cares about profits, not their customers. Go somewhere else!

Ive been to western dental and had my jaw dislocated with no anesthesia HERE AT CITY DENTAL they do the job right!!! they wont start working on your procedure if you still feel pain they fully numb you and make it seem like a walk in the park also I bring my three kids as well one thing they hated was the dentist! But nooo they love coming here i have three kids age 5,6,7 and not one complaint have they given me about coming to this dentist its affordable which is a major plus! Well to finish this review off is what im trying to say is try it .....I took time to write this review because they deserve it :) !!
