2 /5 Eric Inman: My alternator died on the pass into California. I looked up shops, and landed in this, which SEEMED like a normal mechanic. They say auto repair, have a sign that says they have an ACE mechanic, so why not. I go in, and not only have they not had a mechanic for a year (!!) at this point and only do emissions, the lady was rude to me about it, like it was my fault for not knowing.
The only reason they didnt get one star is because they were ok keeping my then broken down van in the parking lot until a tire truck came to get it and take it to real mechanic.
If youre not a mechanic and just an emissions place, please change how youre marketing yourself!
