5 /5 James L.: My family of 5 broke down on the grade just north of Yreka just before the top on Thanksgiving day. The tow truck was able able to drop our truck at Best Western for the night. I called first thing in the morning (8am) to verify if they could at least get my truck in to see what was going on. They told me to limp it over and promptly were able to figure out the problem. They had the throttle body replaced and me back on the road by about 10:30am. I greatly appreciated that they were able to squeeze me in dropping in unscheduled.

They are rarely without customers as people are there all the time from the time they open until they close. Fast and friendly service and no hard sell-they suggest things, but you don’t get pushed to buy other things than what you need and it’s just wonderful. We have another oil place in town and it does well. I can’t remember the name of it;but it’s on the opposite end of town and they have a good reputation as well but this one here at your store is really close to where my commercial buildings are and everything so sometimes I just zip across the street and they’re so good about just checking Something if I have a light come on or something. They’re just really good about checking and making sure it’s OK. I love how they bring a bottle of water such a nice little touch. They are a real asset to the town and they employee quite a few people so It’s win all around.

Michael Russ: A Christmas miracle! Michael really saved us! My truck needed new breaks and rotors, the shop we took it to was going to charge us over $500 and make us wait until after Xmas, but Michael said no problem I can do it first thing in the morning and on Christmas Eve!!! He came to us and fixed the truck within an hour!! And for half the price the shops were trying to charge me! He truly helped us and saved our Christmas as we have to travel today!
