1 /5 Sarah King: I have been getting pedicures here for a number of years, but will not be returning after this week. My technician was overly aggressive with the sharp clippers, even after I told her repeatedly that she was causing considerable pain. She eventually drew blood, and I can now look forward to months of healing process. I complained to the manager who suggested antibiotic cream, yet charged me full price. Adios. Not going back.

3 /5 Jenifer Jayme: Nice interior design creates a lovely atmosphere and they do a decent job on the nails but poor customer service really diminishes the experience. Often the workers performing services seem like theyd really rather be someplace else and dont speak to you or look you in the eye so you feel kind of like youre a slab of meat on an assembly line. Dont bother paying for extra massage on a pedicure as its not very good. Also the chairs dont have a built-in massage option, which I miss. English is a second language for most workers and its sometimes hard to communicate. So I go here occasionally only for practical purposes - nails in a pinch - but its not an especially relaxing or enjoyable experience.

5 /5 Ashley Waldman: I don’t understand the lower reviews… this place is great! Nice, clean ambience with calming music. And Tracy is incredible she gave me extra massage time on my pedicure and was so kind.

1 /5 Cate Haniff: I went for a manicure/pedicure on May 27 and it’s obvious that the technicians don’t know what they are doing. It didn’t appear that they were certified. I stopped the process midway and said I’d pay for whatever work was done. The lady at the front desk quoted $40. I was obviously overcharged but just wanted to leave so I paid it. Overall it was a terrible experience.

1 /5 nytasha nims: I asked for a hard gel / builder gel fill with a black glitter ombre, but received a full dip set with basically off white polish, and they charged me full price. Despite the fact that I was spoken over and ignored when I tried to stop the tech, and she was too lazy to correct her mistake, I was told that I should have said something sooner. I went out of my way to go to a place for builder gel, and ended up with exactly what I did not want. Ive never been so unhappy with my nails before. The only thing positive that I can say, is that its a good nail shape.
