Thanks Firestone EDIT: I had an issue with my steering wheel, it was cocked to the right after Firestone did the alignment. I spoke to the manager and they mentioned they could squeeze me in and I didn’t need an appointment. After bringing the car in - I waited for 2 hours. I was told that the issue with the steering wheel was “probably” fixed. Once I started driving the car again, it was still cocked to the right. TL;DR not only did they charge me $110, the car was worse off after than when I brought it there. I would expect more professionalism from a reputable company.

Buck: Sam is a great wrench. Hes mobile. I had a wiring issue that was frustrating to say the least. He came out mobile to my home and then got my vehicle towed to his shop. He had problems fixed in 2 hrs. Sent pictures to my phone. Then he gave me a ride back to his shop to pick up my vehicle. Dont bother looking elsewhere. You wont find a better mechanic!! Will definitely use again!!
