They don’t even communicate unless you show up in person - then its just unhelpful passing of the responsibility between whoever happens to be there. Untrustworthy, broke our vehicle more and still charged us. Approached for in person resolution and was essentially told to drive an undrivable vehicle off their lot. Don’t give these guys any more business they can’t handle it responsibly.
