5 /5 MarMar Sings The Blues: Malasay is great! I started seeing her years ago when she was at Nordstrom. She even has the chairs from the Nordstrom spa. They are so comfy, you can fall asleep during your service. This is the only place I go to for my pedicures. It’s a lovely room.

5 /5 Astara Meribella: She has been so gracious and kind to me. I remember when I first came in it was by chance and my feet were so awful to the point it was hard to walk on them. I was so depressed that my toe nails grown so much it curved outward and it was just a mess, but she made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I honestly love the small private area in the studio and she is so fun to talk to. I just moved to SF and I am so happy to have found her and trying to get my friends and mom to see her. I highly recommend her!!

Chelsea Hottovy: pretty disappointed. i went in for a regular pedi & gel mani. the pedi smudged immediately. the mani is pretty bad—my nails are so thick now, like a powder dip but somehow worse. i had builder gel but i do not walk out of other salons like this. she painted the top of my nail too, somehow, and it’s already wearing off and looks terrible. plus, i showed them a fairly simple design and the execution looks childish. and to top it off, though i told her that she kept catching my fingers with the nail drill and also repeatedly said ouch and so forth, she just kept doing it and yes my fingers bled. this poor experience cost me $120 and i’m absolutely not going to repeat it.

Lauren Peterson: The place is lovely and the manicure itself was ok but I showed a picture of beautiful light, pink chrome manicure and left with disco ball, glitter silver nails. Ill probably give them another shot, but Im incredibly embarrassed with what Im left walking around with over the next few weeks. I did try to express that the colors didnt match in any way after the first nail was painted and both the technician and the man at the front desk told me that it was the exact same as the picture Ill leave pictures below so you can see what Im talking about.

Pierrette: I have been there a few times because its walking distance from where I live but its not great. Overall they are not doing a very good job. They are not very welcoming and the nail polish bottles look like they have been there for a tad too long. Last time I went there was bubbles forming on one of my nail as the nail polish dried. The lady saw and did nothing about it. I tipped only 10 percent as a result when I left and the lady seemed super upset that I didnt tip more. I wont be going back.

Anai Saucedo: I went to get gel x manicure off and get a new color. The lady that helped me sanded down my nails to be paper thin and I told her on several occasions my nail bed felt on fire. My nail obviously broke because it was too thin. Two months of growing my nails and then this. This was about 60$. P.s. The color she used is amazing. But is not enough to counter the fact that my nail bent and broke as soon as I left.
