Before meeting for the first time, she communicated with me about the safety precautions and guidelines that were being taken. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly for me, communicative. I was a little nervous but her welcoming demeanor quickly put my nerves at ease. She first asked how I liked my brows done and walked me through how exactly she planned on shaping them before she even began the process.
