1 /5 Christa McGrath: On window it says walk ins welcome and when we walk in they tell us basically since we didnt call that they were declining our business. Really saying no to 2 paying customers that would have been continuous, thats basically for business

5 /5 Mary Borneman: Ive been coming to this salon for a while and the ladies are very good at their job. Excellent work and their prices are very reasonable. My manicures and pedicures last a long time compared to other places. Highy recommend this salon.

1 /5 Taryn Holguin: Walked in for a mani/pedi.... Door says walk ins are welcome. Immediately got a dirty look and I asked if they had time for a mani/pedi and she gave me (with attitude) the response of. “Like late later ..... around 5! We are busy!” I don’t usually write reviews but it was very unwelcoming and rude. Door said walk ins welcome so I would assume walk ins were welcome .... Not coming here again. Maybe if they’re too busy for walk ins they should not advertise that they take them.

Morgan Glass: I wanted a French tip for my sisters wedding and this was the result. The acrylic is white there is no polish on my nail besides clear. I asked her to make them shorter she said no I asked her to do it like inspo my picture she said no. This is not a French tip this is half white half clear nail. It was also extremely painful, sanding my nail down to probably my skin for 30+ minutes. I will be going elsewhere to get these. Don’t waste your money or time.

Ariadna Castro: Chloe is absolutely amazing! Her studio feels so welcoming and is always clean, and I cant say enough about her incredible service. Her talent and confidence really shine through in her work! I originally had acrylic nails but decided to switch to Gel X, and it was the best decision ever. My nails look so natural, and I get so many compliments! Plus, my natural nails are growing beautifully. Im beyond happy with her service and the results. I will definitely be coming back for more!

The consistency of walk-in availability is lacking and I’ve had mixed feelings about the services I’ve received in the past. The location is great so I hope they figure out what they are doing.

Carrie Fisher: I have been coming here for years and Anne is very sweet, but lately she has been overbooking more and more. This is my last time. I took my mom and wanted to get a mani pedi for her and a pedi for me. We called at the beginning of the day and made an appointment for when they had time. Came back that afternoon at the time and they had two people working on two people and three people waiting to get pedicures. Two had just sat down and they had appointments for the same time as us. We saw all this and said we could come back if they were overbooked. They assured us it would only be 5 minutes. I am still sitting here, mom is getting her manicure but I havent been touched and its been 50 minutes. I am going now and wont come back. Leaving without pedicure and wasted nearly an hour

Veronica Pena: Im not sure of the quality of work of this place. I will add that when attempting to make an appointment, I made two attempts at calling. Both calls were answered and quickly hung up on. So, if you dislike poor customer service, this might not be the place for you.

Rebecca Allen: Morgan is the best manicurist! She rescued my nails from an atrocious acrylic job and I have been a loyal customer since. She is always so precise and personable, I don’t trust anybody else to take care of my nails. Morgan has online booking and offers IBX treatment that has strengthened and protected my nails. Personalized experience every time! Not to mention her zero gravity massage pedicure chair. Love scrolling through her Instagram and looking at the designs she does too!

Amber Lynn: I should have read the reviews before going here, just the worst pedicure Ive ever had, it was genuinely stressful. I had to ask for a wet towel and left as fast as I could because the lady mixed in sugar or something with the lotion and left my legs and feet sticky everywhere! I need to take an additional shower when I get home because I couldnt get all of it off. No bottom coat to the polish, and left polish all around my nails on my skin. Almost no massage, but honestly halfway through I just was so put off I almost walked out in the middle anyway. Also, they are priced higher than my usual place by $4 and only take cash, no card like all the other places Ive been to in Ventura. Just terrible.
