5 /5 Amy Dimmick: The ladies who work here are so nice as well as being really good at their work. Always amazed at how they remember me, my family and friends when I am in. Not a fancy salon but excellent and relaxing.

2 /5 Shanna Munoz: Very friendly ladies. Clean place . But horrible workmanship on the nails (and I am one of the least picky on nails) I got a basic French manicure.. They didn’t glue the tips all the way which created a gap that dirt and or moisture can/does get trapped in. The acrylics were super thick. And unnatural looking. They didn’t trim the real nail underneath. They didn’t paint the top edges. My daughters came off in a week. The “ gel” toenail polish came off in 3 days which has never happened . My daughter and I each got a full set and I got a pedicure. $200 with tip. Unfortunately, I won’t ever be going back. I never leave bad reviews- but I have to say something.

Melissa Zavas: Only one person working and by appointment only. I was referred to go to their other location when they have a dozen stations. The consistency of walk-in availability is lacking and I’ve had mixed feelings about the services I’ve received in the past. The location is great so I hope they figure out what they are doing.

Carrie Fisher: I have been coming here for years and Anne is very sweet, but lately she has been overbooking more and more. This is my last time. I took my mom and wanted to get a mani pedi for her and a pedi for me. We called at the beginning of the day and made an appointment for when they had time. Came back that afternoon at the time and they had two people working on two people and three people waiting to get pedicures. Two had just sat down and they had appointments for the same time as us. We saw all this and said we could come back if they were overbooked. They assured us it would only be 5 minutes. I am still sitting here, mom is getting her manicure but I havent been touched and its been 50 minutes. I am going now and wont come back. Leaving without pedicure and wasted nearly an hour

Veronica Pena: Im not sure of the quality of work of this place. I will add that when attempting to make an appointment, I made two attempts at calling. Both calls were answered and quickly hung up on. So, if you dislike poor customer service, this might not be the place for you.

Rebecca Allen: Morgan is the best manicurist! She rescued my nails from an atrocious acrylic job and I have been a loyal customer since. She is always so precise and personable, I don’t trust anybody else to take care of my nails. Morgan has online booking and offers IBX treatment that has strengthened and protected my nails. Personalized experience every time! Not to mention her zero gravity massage pedicure chair. Love scrolling through her Instagram and looking at the designs she does too!

Amber Lynn: I should have read the reviews before going here, just the worst pedicure Ive ever had, it was genuinely stressful. I had to ask for a wet towel and left as fast as I could because the lady mixed in sugar or something with the lotion and left my legs and feet sticky everywhere! I need to take an additional shower when I get home because I couldnt get all of it off. No bottom coat to the polish, and left polish all around my nails on my skin. Almost no massage, but honestly halfway through I just was so put off I almost walked out in the middle anyway. Also, they are priced higher than my usual place by $4 and only take cash, no card like all the other places Ive been to in Ventura. Just terrible.

Megan Mikhail: Grit & Glam Beauty is my all time favorite place for my nails. The salon itself is so relaxing and welcoming. The salon staff is beyond accommodating and professional. My nails always come out gorgeous- I am constantly complimented and they last so long. I am so glad I found grit & glam, and recommend anyone in the market for a nail salon.
