4 /5 John N Elsie Triste: Ive been going to Dr. Sorensen for close to 5 years now. I have appointments every 2 months. On July 16 I went in for my appointment, checked in and said I wanted to make a payment. The lady at the counter swiped my flex benefits card and said it declined. After that it went down hill real fast. I called to fund out why it was declined when I know I have funds. It was due to a charge from my eye doctor. The lady in front whole demeanor changed towards me. She only wanted to know when I was going to pay it. She said I couldnt my pain medication or let me schedule my next appointment.
