1 /5 Caitlin Neske-Thomas: I had such high expectations for this place, especially with going to high school with some of them and hearing about them being the best for prom hair, coloring hair and so on. I tried getting extensions done, had the consult and made appointment for installation. This would’ve been my first time getting extensions. I drove from Northern Nevada to Huntington Beach, CA because of how much I thought this place would be the best. Following my consult, I had additional questions so I sent them over via text which they said was ok to do. Instead of answers I get informed the next day the extension company is CURRENTLY out of stock for the color I wanted and length. Instead of offering different ways to make this work, I get an I’m sorry and no further response. No offer of going a different length, no offer of coloring the extensions, no offer of trying to stay in communication with the extension company and seeing when that color would be back in stock. Nothing. Massive let down. Almost as if they never wanted to do this for me in the first place and were just going through the motions. Not the best customer service. I could’ve been a regular. Extensions are not cheap and that’s money to you and your business. Especially with the upkeep appointments that would have to be made. Maybe because I’m not in their click or popularity. I’m not an HB girl anymore. I don’t look like them…I don’t know but major let down.
