1 /5 Jasem Ali: They canceled my appointment for me without notifying me. Then they acted as if it was canceled on my end. When I confronted them about it with pictures and emails proving my appointment, they disregarded it.

1 /5 Kevin Cheng: My experience here has been absolutely horrible compared to Fremonts Sutter Dermatology. The doctor is fine, but the staff definitely is not. They have failed to send my prescription through twice for my recent course of isotretinoin. Every time I call, they would just claim that they have sent it through. I had to go to the pharmacy four times, and I still have not gotten my medication. Since isotretinoin is a time sensitive drug where I have to be on it constantly, I need to continue my course ASAP. Not to mention that it is COVID-19 season, and I shouldnt be visiting the pharmacy so much. It is clear that the staff doesnt care about patients at all and puts minimal effort into their work.

1 /5 MacKenzie Carr: Customer service is horrible. Waited a month for an appointment and when I arrived a couple minutes late and was handed a pointless form to fill out I was then told the doctor could not see me. I asked if she could take two minutes to write me a prescription and was told no and offered an appointment for 3 months later. They dont care about their customers at all.

1 /5 Gerald Andrews: Only come here if its not important and you can book an appointment 3 months out. Face falling off, possible cancer, rash out of control, dont bother they wont care and wont see you no exceptions not even if you wait in their lobby all day.
