1 /5 Nonnie Delgado: Got my hair done here and the sylist, if you can call her that, freakin singed the crap out of it.. She was bleaching my hair and applying the flat iron to the foil to "speed the process!" After she was done she cut a layer in my hair when I told her not tt, which its not even cut straight! I think she did it to cover up the fact that she messed my hair up. There is actually a section that has only about 2inch pieces of hair! The hair isnt even the same color all around either! Honestly dont know how she got her license. Then to make matters worse, she stopped texting me in regards to her correcting her mistake. Totally unprofessional... So I called the shop and talked to the owner and she was pretty much no help. They should have some kind of liability because she does work in the shop. I will NEVER of back there and I will continue to discourage people from going there as well!!
Update*
So after speaking to the shop owner Richard, he got me in touch with the shop manager and she actually gave me 2 deep conditions treatments and some hair products to help my hair. Im very satisfied with the way they helped me. Veronica is a very nice and helpful person and I thank her for everything she did.
