5 /5 Ashley Cooper: first time customer here! Dont judge a book by its cover- I was so pleasantly surprised by the kindness and care that the staff & owners had for each customer! Denise made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and asked my opinion along the way. At the end she surprised me with a shampoo that gave me BEAUTIFUL color that I didnt expect this session! I am so appreciative of her going out of her way and also for making me feel so welcome there :)
