Jeanette Fitzgerald I love Muse Beauty Studio! I had my teeth whitened to gleaming twice by Cherie when she opened the studio. Cherie has a way of making you feel welcome and relaxed. I also recently had my hair done by Channin. I followed her to Muse because she is an artist, not only with styling, but haircolor too. She also knows how to style my cuts to frame my face beautifully. I trust Channin. Anyone who knows how hard it is to find a good stylist, look no further. Channin has the best talent.

Joshua Scott Sadly i tried to go for a no hassle visit for my fiance without transactions so she could be pampered and get the nails she really wanted. I told regina that cost wasnt a problem and i would even prepay via cash app or paypal. After much effort and convincing she set a date and time. I specifically wanted a design for halloween as a suprise after seeing pictures and she said she did that customers nail work for 60 dollars. I left the salon to let the majic happen only to return to hear about rude service and regina declining the pattern stating to my fiance that she was on a budget making me look like a miser and even claiming that "all men are no good" I was very disappointed and so was my fiance after seeing the conversation by regina and i on messenger she described her experience and i as a business owner i cannot see how everything i requested was the opposite of what our discussion had arranged almost as if It was intentionally botched. I specifically asked the cost of the nail work and she gave me a price so i could handle the bill without being present and then when my fiance chose the same nail pattern the nail tech told her she was on a set budget and that it was more than allowed to have the pattern done. I did my best to keep it a suprise and remove any mention of money to her while enjoying a care free experience.Im dissapointed as is my chick. In no way would igive the entire place the same review to the entirety of this establishment the town iitself is a pleasant place and everyone in the business was nice and talkative but sadly our visit was impossible to be satisfied with. Anyone who offers servicr to thepublic knows it is unethical to make customers feel cheap and unimportant and it is poor practice to chang prices after service starts. The quality of finished product was sub par as well as the professionalism demonstrated by the nail technician and at one point when fiance asked about pricing on her hair services the tech who had certs displayed for for viewing clearly giving the impression that hair services were something she offered regina stated hautily that she wasnt interested in doing this and that she would refer her to another person as an alternative. We will not return sorry to say.

Jana Hirth A friend gifted me a massage at Love Skin Spa and Boutique in Orland. I honestly had no idea this wonderful place was here in Orland! I arrived 10 minutes or so early, which provided me time to explore the sweet boutique with locally made goods and natural products. The owner, Cathleen, pays careful attention to the ingredients and source of the products she stocks. And they even makes some of their own products! I met with David for my massage. The room was cozy, and the blankets were warm. David asked if I have any areas of concern, since I work at a computer and I walk a lot my neck and hips are usually sore and tired. Relaxing music played as I was pampered. David offered a CBD liniment to ease my muscles. Davids techniques, especially on my neck, provided so much relief. I felt tension melt away. David suggested soaking in a warm bath tub with baking soda and epsom salts in the evening to help my body detox and restore my muscles. I slept like never before! Thank you David! This was a great gift! I plan to treat some friends with the gift of massage this holiday season!

Ashley Cooper first time customer here! Dont judge a book by its cover- I was so pleasantly surprised by the kindness and care that the staff & owners had for each customer! Denise made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and asked my opinion along the way. At the end she surprised me with a shampoo that gave me BEAUTIFUL color that I didnt expect this session! I am so appreciative of her going out of her way and also for making me feel so welcome there :)
