1 /5 Jacqueline Hernandez: I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this salon. I came in expecting a simple, quality nail service, but instead, I wasted three hours of my time. The nail tech was slow, inattentive, and clearly lacked the skill to do a proper pedi. On top of that, there was no sense of urgency or respect for my time. If I’m paying for a professional service, I expect at least decent results—not nails that look like they were done by an amateur. I normally don’t speak up because of embarrassment but after seeing that the tech struggling to paint my nails, I had to tell them I needed to go! Another nail lady came over and took over. Absolutely not worth the time or money. I will not be returning.
