5 /5 Lil M.: I have 2024 Volvo SUV with had 2 flat tires. I was stranded because my SUV doesn’t have a spare tire! I called Crown City Tire. They Immediately help me. They are such nice people. I was happy they recommended Run-Flat tires so I won’t be stranded again. They told me that I would be able to drive at least 50 miles with a Run-Flat tire. They told me of the disadvantages so I can make a proper decision. I like the transparency. They balanced the tires and aligned my car. I love the way they treated me. I felt save with them especially since I’m a mid age widow. Safety and peace of mind are very important. Thank you Marvin! He’s the Manager of the Foothill location. He the staff are so nice.

5 /5 Edith Arbid: I had flat tire and visited crown city tires for the first time last week. The entire staff were very professional, yet very friendly and helpful. Every single staff from front desk to the technicians in the back ease my anxiety and ensure that they could help me fix my tire within a short period of time and I could get on with my day. They were able to deliver with their promise and I was out of there in less than 45 min with my fixed car. Overall I had a GREAT experience and I highly recommend them.

He was absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful!! He was able to squeeze us in and got our light changed super fast! Unfortunately we had to reschedule my daughters driving test, but no worries at all! Thank you so much Marvin!!

I highly recommend this tire care and replacement center over any other located in Pasadena. That bolt was in my tire and they fixed it. Enough said.

I have never received such a detailed report from any dealership. It was extremely easy to make an appointment, and the staff was very friendly. Randy and Marvin both helped me as my car was here. Thank you to you both for walking me through the process. You both made me feel like a VIP. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
