2 /5 Sam Ringenberg: They get two stars, because I used to like this place. That ended this week. I called on Monday as my catalytic converter was stolen, and Steven told me it would be around $1500, and be done Tuesday or Wednesday. I’m now leaving on Friday for nearly triple the cost. I cannot fathom how being that far off, on an estimate of cost, or time, is acceptable. If you have a nail in your tire, you can go here. If you have real work you need done? Do better research than I did.

Excellent service I came in asking for an alignment, Steven listened carefully to my reasons, came out to inspect the vehicle, and gave me his professional advice based on his experience. As a woman, I felt his advice was honestly to solve my problem and not just to make me spend money unnecessarily which I really value and appreciate it. Although I had to leave the car for the rest of the day, I didnt have to worry about getting back home because he offered shuttle service. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism, commitment, and personalized attention that far exceeded my expectations.Thank you!

5 /5 Carol Farag: I’ve been going to Crown City Tires for years and the service, quality of work and extremely friendly, honest, and professional staff get a 5 star rating each time! I had a very inconvenient and unexpected flat last week that couldn’t be patched. It was a very busy work day and I needed my car. They made sure to get me in and out with a new tire so I didn’t have to go back the next day! Great people and service! I highly recommend them for all your auto needs!
