2 /5 Melina Perez: I had an appointment at 1:00pm with Alexandra, she got there 47 mins late, after lying that sheās 5 mins away. She gets there, we go to the chair, she apologizes saying she forgot about my appointment. We start the cut, really bad communication between us, I show her the cut I want and she asks me about three times if itās okay to cut more length- I say yes and she still doesnāt be me the haircut I want. Iāve been here before and showed her a picture of me with my previous haircut and my hair came out nothing like the photo. She still had the audacity to leave me in the chair mid haircut to attend other people- meanwhile when I got there it took like 30 mins for me to be attended after ringing the reception desk. Then during the haircut she yanks my eyebrow piercings with hair comb and gives a half-assed apology, and leaves me with a bump near my piercing for two weeks. Ouch. Then she still charges me $80, no discount even though she was basically an hour late. Ridiculous. Mind you- I was alone, clearly young, and feel Iāve been taken advantage of. Also she still complained that she doesnāt have a lot of time because she has another appointment coming up- whose fault is that exactly that you donāt have time?? Hello?? Anyway, wish I couldāve said this to her face.
