My family has been patients there for over 40 years and have always been pleased with their service. I’m extremely thankful to the young lady at the front desk ( I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) I stopped in without an appointment and she helped me with an insurance problem I was having and also got in for a few minutes so Dr. Chen could check my dental problem. Sarah Khan: I am incredibly fearful of being in the dental/ortho chair. I was 48 when I decided to invest in my smile. My teeth were overcrowded. I had, and still do have, porcelain crowns, as well as fillings. When my braces were removed today, not one porcelain crown was shattered or broken. I had extractions to prepare for orthodontic treatment. I had a difficult time coming to the decision to take care of my smile because I have this fear of the dentist; let alone orthodontist. Dr Cadelinia is kind, caring and recognized that the fear of the chair is real. He explained every step on every ortho visit. He developed an authentic rapport and relationship during the 25 month active portion of being in braces. I just received my Hawley retainers today, and I am so glad I chose Dr Cadelinia. All of his ortho assistants are knowledgeable and kind, but I especially want to give kudos to one of his assistants whos name is Star. She also was very sensitive to my fears, and she went out of her way to make me feel at ease by always engaging in a personal, meaningful rapport to comfort me and make me feel at ease. I am incredibly happy I invested in my smile, and this is the team to do it with for anyone who is looking to invest in their smile too.

Ruby Bradshaw: I got a cavity filled here over 2 weeks ago and I am having more pain on that Back tooth than when I had the cavity. It also took them over 3 hours to fill 3 little flossing cavity’s because they kept leaving for long periods of time. That is extremely stressful when you’re pregnant. I also went and grabbed second opinions about me needing crowns and I don’t need crowns at all. All they care about is your money not the health and comfort of there patients. I would recommend highly to anyone looking to go here to go somewhere else.
