Pamela Yambao: DO NOT GO TO ALEJANDRA! She doesnât know what sheâs doing. Iâm convinced no one there knows what theyâre actually doing. They act like they do but donât really care how you want your hair. Alejandra asked personal questions during my appointment. We needed someone to guide her and she shouldâve asked her colleagues for advice, instead of digging into clients personal lives. My hair was platinum blonde. She even asked to send a pic of how I wanted my hair. I asked to get only my roots done and not to touch the rest of my hair bec I love the way it was already. She didnât listen, she dyed my roots and then toned my whole head. She didnât check on the bleach as much as other professionals have in my experience nor did she touch anything up if needed. Vanity Salon is unresponsive about his issue. Alejandra offered to tone my hair even more as if it isnât already grey enough. She also offered a partial refund which I hesitated to agree to bec it was her mistake so she should take full responsibility. Just like if she did a great job she should expect to be paid in full, possibly with a nice tip included, but no. I still havenât received anything as far as my âpartial refundâ nor a response back from anyone. Only person I recommend is Janet and she doesnât even work there anymore. Good luck ! This is a warning if you love yourself....

Another person to look out for is Xochilt Hernandez. She will give you wrong advice and will most likely recommend you to Alejandra to ruin your hair.

Mai Nguyen: I love Rose. Shes been doing my hair for more than 5 years. She always uses good products for my hair color. I could not find anyone else like her that I could trust. My family and friends go Rose as well. Highly recommend.
Leigha S: She fit me into her schedule last minute. I needed a fix for my long lox lost and new found visual catastrophe of a haircut, I had inflicted on myself earlier in the day. (Think David Bowie and Moe with some sheers and a razor, during an earthquake all at the same time). Anyway, it was a decent place, and a pleasant experience. It was also cost effective.
Elizabeth was very gracious, and some how, able to choke back any outbursts of hysterical laughter after removing my hat. I was feeling hopeful. Unfortunately, my stunning looks could not be saved. The cut was unreconcilable and I layed any thoughts of showing off my ability to flow with the cool kids to rest for the next.. 6 months.
We briefly discussed some color perhaps taking the focus off of the sharp edges, and razor shaven look around my ears, ( not in-similar in effect to the furors himself). But we decided to save the miracles for those who are easier to save that night . Perhaps, sometime soon.
azadeh sanati: Mojgan is amazing at her work. Every time I get the best cut color and highlight that I ask for. She is very flexible with her schedule on the days she works.

May Te: The reviews led me to this place. I thought it would be a pleasant experience, but it was totally unpleasant. Beyond the fact that the establishment is quite neglected and dirty, they dont know how to cut hair here, they visibly sheared me, and even charged me more than the price they had previously given me via telephone. Its the first time Ive left a beauty salon and I look worse than when I arrived. I should have left when I saw the conditions of the place, but I trusted the reviews and I had the most horrible beauty experience of my life. If I could give them LESS 5 stars, I would do so without hesitation.
