Im not sure what its called but SHE KEPT BURNING ME WITH THE ELECTRIC NAIL FILER TOOL. I kept pulling my hands away AND SHE KEPT BURNING ME!! I was literally sweating in the chair as she shaved down my nails.. I was so relieved when she put it away.
But she kept taking it out, and burned me several more times in succession. Everytime she took it out I wanted to cry.
She literally took forever to file my nails down, and theyre still so big. Like I know my nail beds are slimmer than that.
Its not a cute look, and it was a terrifying experience. The thing is, Ive been here before and was satisfied with the outcome. Theyve also been much gentler before. Its just this one lady who messed me up. Goes to show how one negative experience can ruin your outlook of something.
I feel bad calling her out, but I dont want anyone else to go through the same thing as me. Her name was Sarah. Never coming back because of Sarah.
Edit: went back and a different dude did my nails, free of charge. He was super nice about it. He saved my life lmao. First picture shows ladys work, and second one shows the guys work. Thank god he was there. Literally the best set Ive gotten, love them so much.
T - Nails & Spa - Jackson Tanya Golding: Husband and I had dual Pedi"s by Don Juan and Jackie for my birthday. It was wonderful. Feet and legs feel awesome! Well be back!
Top Nails - Jackson Beth deMandel: Went in for a pedicure, waited in chair & feet in water for 30 min. It was only myself & one other lady there. The male manicurist did a horrible job!! I wont be returning ever.
Sally Beauty - Jackson Heather Ross: The service is amazing. I wish I could remember the ladys name who helped us but she had so much knowledge in the products we were looking for that it helped us make our decisions on hair colors.
SkyLab Nails & Spa - Chico Bailey Templeton: Came in to get 3 full sets of acrylics with my sister and mom for my birthday. We were immediately sat and offered drinks. The salon was clean and the employees were friendly and had a great sense of humor. Their nail art is very impressive and every nail artist is incredibly talented. Will be coming her again!
Natalies Nails - Chico Cheyenne Sierra: Best nail tech I’ve been to! She took her time and the results were so worth it! Great value and a very sweet person. Also her dogs are adorable!
Instant Nails - Chico Lauren Orozco: Came here for the first time today for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Prices are a big higher than I’m used to but honestly worth it. The experience was great! Not rushed at all, they really paid attention to detail and gave me an amazing massage for both services. My new go-to place for sure! Very friendly. Thank you Instant Nails!
AROMA Nails and Spa - Chico Vero Alvarez: This is my fourth set of nails I’ve gotten done here at Aroma’s and I love them! Thanks to my friend that recommended me this place back in July. Vina is the Best. She is friendly, sweet, and gets you in and out quickly and does amazing work. Every time I get a new set I always get compliments on my nails. Everyone there is great. If you are looking for a salon that is clean, and has great customer service then I’d recommend you come check out Aroma’s Nail Salon.
Meriam Nails and Spa - Chico Marlen Lozano: I love getting my nails done here, it’s always my go to spot. Bin and Alan are amazing! They always take what I have in mind and do an amazing job! Staff is so friendly and nice, everyone is very welcoming. I truly recommend this spot!
