5 /5 Rebecca Aires: Very cool! They don’t require that you pay to visit but they ask if you can give them a $5 donation if possible. Guy at the front desk desk was lovely and very helpful! Museum had a lot of interesting info about the city and surrounding area. Loved it!

5 /5 Perkins Scott: What a wonderful museum dedicated to the history of the Humboldt community! Only suggested donation, no tickets required. Their current exhibits focused on Mckinleyville and the history of native tribes in the area, and were quite moving to read, view, and experience. Highly recommended!

5 /5 monica jenkins: Nice museum, right in old town square. Very lively and friendly employees. Lots of great artifacts encased in glass. An employee named Jason gave us a little tour, so that was lovely.

5 /5 Denise Kulak: A great historical museum in Eureka. I loved the history of the Kmart store there. My father and most of my family worked for Kmart at some point.

5 /5 Olofson Nancyjo “Enjay”: The museum is a marvelous place to step back in time! It will make you experience Humboldt Countys past as if youd been there! They also have local artwork and a wonderful giftshop! A truly unique experience, located in an amazing 1911(?) Bank building. Lots of free parking nearby.
