5 /5 Troy Busse: I have had an amazing experience every time Ive come here. Dr. Tammy Min is extremely professional, explains everything thats going on and why, and focuses on patient comfort. The cleanings are very gentle, and they even will put Vaseline on your lips to make the experience more comfortable and ensure your lips arent cracking while theyre working. The staff are all incredibly kind, and Im never left waiting. Again, gentle is the key word here. ☺️ Highly recommend. Ive already recommended a few friends to this practice!

Christina Leo: I was very glad to have a place to transition my kids from Irvine Children’s Dentistry (ICD) where their dental needs have been well taken care of since they were 2 and now have outgrown. After learning that this practice has been acquired by Dr. Lee, the founder of ICD, I know I can expect great level of care and service. I decided to transition as well when my dentist of over 10 years no longer seems to care for her patients and customer service was failing. I am so glad our whole family made the switch and are all under the care of Dr. Bui. She is very personable and took great care to explain the procedures. She always personally text the following day of any dental visit to ensure no issues. When work needs to be adjusted, she quickly helps made it happen. The front office staff and dental assistants are all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Bui and this dental practice!

But the billing is messy, they asked me to pay my last procedure saying that the insurance didn’t cover for I did it in other office before while I did not. Later they said it is due to run out of insurance benefits. Make sure to double check your cost before you step in the office.

Rakan Al hnaiti: If there was a zero star I would give it, they brought me all the way up from work and told me that they work with HMO insurance and once I got there they said we no longer work with that insurance and you have to pay a 1000 to do a deep cleaning, that is ridiculous and time wasting. Do not waste your time and go somewhere else, not professional and aware of their plans.

She’s the best—cleans my teeth so gently it’s actually kinda nice. My wife and the kids love coming here too; they’re totally at ease. You can tell that every staff member genuinely cares about their work. The quality of dental work really mattered when I got my crown, and they made sure its a perfect fit! Nobody can tell which one it is, the work was so good! They were great with my insurance too. With scheduling, they are very accommodating. I first went here for x-rays for sudden severe tooth pain, and they ended up taking care of me same day, completely solving my aching tooth! I have since been back many times and I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Michael and every single dental assistant there! I hope the team at Coastal Dental knows how much I appreciate them, especially since my anxiety makes me not always the easiest patient. Thank you guys!
