5 /5 Faye C “Dance Party”: My 7 year old daughter is very nervous when getting her teeth cleaned. All the equipment is very triggering for her. Our dental hygienist Daniela Eda was AMAZING. She spoke with my daughter about everything to help ease her heart and mind. She explained everything to my daughter in a way she could understand. She gave my daughter choices and encouraged her through out the cleaning. She was great and really knows how to work with fearful children.

Tri Vo: Dr. Kwan has been taking care of me and my family for almost ten years now, and we’re so glad we found him. He’s super gentle and really knows his stuff. I had this little cavity right between my front teeth, and before him, every dentist I saw was like, “Eh, that’s tricky, not easy to fix.” But Dr. Kwan? He took care of it in no time, and you can’t even tell it’s there. What I really appreciate is how straight-up and kind he is. He’ll tell you what needs doing, whether it’s worth it, and when’s the best time—no fluff, just real talk. It’s such a relief knowing we can trust him. And Komi? She’s the best—cleans my teeth so gently it’s actually kinda nice. My wife and the kids love coming here too; they’re totally at ease. Huge thanks to Dr. Kwan and Komi for making every visit a great experience!

Genae Medina: This is the best dentist Ive ever been to, and I am terrified of dentists so thats high praise! They are gentle, kind, and efficient. You can tell that every staff member genuinely cares about their work. The quality of dental work really mattered when I got my crown, and they made sure its a perfect fit! Nobody can tell which one it is, the work was so good! They were great with my insurance too. With scheduling, they are very accommodating. I first went here for x-rays for sudden severe tooth pain, and they ended up taking care of me same day, completely solving my aching tooth! I have since been back many times and I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Michael and every single dental assistant there! I hope the team at Coastal Dental knows how much I appreciate them, especially since my anxiety makes me not always the easiest patient. Thank you guys!

Blake Smith: BEST Dentist I have ever been to. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm hello and welcome. I had made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth pulled 2 week prior and like how they reminded me about my appointment through text. Which is great because Im always so busy I forget. As soon as I realized I had the appointment I text back to reschedule and they were booked but they said come in at 530 toward the end of the day. I was a little late which I felt bad about but got stuck in traffic but they waited for me and still took me in for my appointment. WoW! Talk about customer service. Now Im not at all good with needles but she is the best at making you clam and not worry. She has a very steady hand and was able to poke me with very little to no pain which was such a relief. She also saw that I had needed fillings and worked on those for for 30min keep in mind I didnt go in for that and I was late but she didnt care she wanted to make sure my teeth were done right which Im sure anyone can appreciate. By the time the numbing kicked in she made sure as she extracted the teeth that I was always okay her overall concern about your experience is 10/10 . This type of dedication is something people wish for in all fields of service. Cant understand how people can complain the staff as team really makes you feel at home! She DEFINITELY has a client for life and I will recommend her to anyone I meet!!

Diana Gomez: Dr. Cindy Tran (manager & owner) yelled at my elderly mother in her office and over the phone for a procedure she didn’t even do. She also yelled at me over the phone (never met me) due to the first interaction she had with my mom. My mom complained about a possible chipped tooth. She ended up hanging up on us. It makes me very sad that our community has a dentist who is so mean-spirited to the elderly and cannot treat people with the kindness and respect they deserve. There’s a reason they don’t have many customers here. It’s awful.
