3 /5 Moses Garcia: Got the job done. Replaced alternator but was turned off by the initial quote of “$490 or $590” and then increasing to $670 when I got there. Appreciated the fast service, otherwise I would have been without a car.

5 /5 Jennifer Nakagawa: My car failed while driving, the shop i normally go to has closed permanently. The tow person referred me to Charlies. While the damage to my car was severe (electrical short that destroyed 3 parts, one of which i replaced recently), he was able to diagnose it quickly and repair it as fast as the parts came in. He didnt charge me for one part and worked with me on picking up my car once it was finished. Since my usual shop is closed and I was treated so well, I will come back and referr this shop to everyone I know. Thank you for helping me get back on the road.

1 /5 alejandro mendoza perez: Charlie, your mechanics changed my mass airflow sensor and charged me around 600 to have this done. this was to remove the gas lean code that kept reappearing. i brough back 3 times and it was not resolved. at the end, you didnt know what the issue was so i took it to another mechanic, which they found the issue to be the mass airflow you installed. Not only did I spend a significant amount of money, but I also lost significant time and confidence in the service provided. I know you are capitalizing and taking advantage of the good reviews you have.

5 /5 S. Bohlsen: First time customer here. New to the area and was recommended by a 20 year customer that sends his daughters here. Very quick service, fixed what they fix and recommended me a shop in the area for a specialized issue. They even saw my packaged front and rear wiper blades on my passenger seat and threw those on for me. Such a kind and appreciated gesture. I have been meaning to do that for weeks now lol! I am only using Charlies from now on.
