5 /5 Lindas Intuitive Images LMH: I brought my car in to have a safety check and some basic maintenance. What I got was friendly professional service from the time I entered the door. Everything felt clean and safe. As I was waiting for the finishing touches I watched how everyone was being treated and was impressed by what I saw. i dont care to deal with car maintenance but my experience was more than pleasant. Just a note, the location is great by the highway. Not only that, I walked all around sight seeing, in the area, lots of things to see and do. Im taking my car in for a few more adjustments next week. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Reb Botelho: I have been on a mission to get my VW Golf TDI emissions up to standard. Catalpa has been the only shop that could speak & work intelligently on my car. I called 10 shops, and mean 10 shops to try and get my car in. This is german car with style and performance! Catalpas staff Vic & Ernesto knew exactly what my drama was and were realistic about the service quote. Excellence in service is what I received at Catalpa. If you have a BMW, Mercedes, Mini, Dinan or VW this is your spot. You can leave your vehicle here and rest in confidence that they will handle it. Competence, professionalism and kindness found at this shop!

5 /5 John J. Parker: I initially went to Catalpa to see about a well module issue and they ended up saving me money by reprogramming the module Instead of replacing the module. I was very happy with that service and took my MINI back in for an oil change. In both instances they exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them for mini Cooper This last visit was to replace the windshield cowling on my MINI. Repair went well, they worked with me to make sure all of my lights were working. I feel very good about the service repairs.

1 /5 Michael Lavigne: This shop was Sold in Feb 2021, and Wayne is no longer the owner. In Dec 2020, I had $4500 of repair work done by Catalpa St BMW on my BMW X3 @ 98K miles (new water pump, 2 new thermostats at radiator and transmission cooler, new radiator, new radiator hoses, new valve cover and gasket, new oil filter and oil change, new oil pump and oil filter housing, new rear brakes and new rear rotors installed, AWD transmission service performed, new spark plugs installed, etc). Unfortunately, the cooling system had problems again, just 8 months later in August 2021, and the new owner was happy to fleece me of an additional $607 for cooling system repairs (another new radiator hose for $98, a new coolant reservoir, a couple hundred in labor, another $130 for a 15-minute oil and oil filter change). To top it off, the new owner recommended another completely unnecessary transmission service be performed (it had just been done 8 months ago). Bottom line, they charge similar amounts per hour for labor as a dealer, charge more than a dealer does for a routine oil change, do not use BMW parts, and the new owner does not stand behind the work or parts installed by the prior owner just 8 months ago. I will not go back again, and DO NOT RECOMMEND them.
