5 /5 Daniel DTM: I ended up here after thinking my car was burning oil… turned out JL had just put the wrong oil in… but Brian and his team ended up going through the car top to bottom and taking care of a few other issues along with changing all the fluids, and now my x3 runs better than it ever has, with 120k miles and no signs of slowing down. Their professionalism and pricing is in line with most as most Bay Area Euro shops, but their vast knowledge and genuine fandom of German cars is probably why they have so many loyal customs. I live in South Lake Tahoe but will only bring my cars to these guys from here on out. 10/10.

1 /5 Brent Nunn: I’ve been taking my 99 eurovan to Hayes for the past 2 years and so far they’ve done a great job, I’ve had regular tune ups and a major power steering replacement that I was happy with. But recently I feel like the shop isn’t being fair with me. I had the heater core replaced and gave me a good quote on the price, half way through the job I got a call and they had to back track because of something they missed, that cost me an extra $500. When I got the van back the passenger door lock actuator was broken and gave no option to help fix it. They also forgot to reconnect the AC drain hose and water leaked all over the floors. I had to open the panel and reconnect the hose myself. More recently I took it into check something with the cooling fan, they didn’t find any issues and still charged me for the diagnosis, a day after I got the van back the mass air flow sensor went out. They charged me $400 to replace a $60 part after I just paid $400 for a tune up the day before. I’m not sure about all this and sad that things went down like it did.

5 /5 Ivan Villa: I came here to get some diagnostics and work done on my car, and I can’t say enough about how great the team is at Hayes. Kyle was really helpful with sourcing and giving me all the information I need. In addition to the customer service, the rates are extremely favorable. Understanding how much any tech charges hourly for European cars and seeing what you pay for here for the service is truly uncanny.

I reached out to BMW in San Jose, but they couldn’t offer any solutions either. Fortunately, I found Hayes European, and they were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Not only did they resolve the issues, but the best part was that I didn’t have to pay the outrageous prices that BMW charges for service. The team at Hayes European is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and provides excellent service at a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto repair without breaking the bank!... Thank you, Brian!
