As a young female college student living alone in LA, figuring out car repairs was my worst nightmare. So when JiffyLube told me I had all these urgent issues with my car, I went to about 10 different places trying to get quotes to compare prices. So many shops tried to overcharge or convince me to do work that wasn’t necessary. I had to get my dad on the phone a few times to make sure I wasn’t getting ripped off. But Darvin was so honest and helpful in explaining what work was actually necessary. He gave me reasonable estimates and honored those prices when I came back later. I’ve brought my car back to him twice since then. He’s replaced my brake rotors and pads, replaced one of my bearings, and helped with a tire issue. Six months later and my car runs better than ever! I always feel confident and my parents love knowing that I’m in good hands with any car issues!
