1 /5 P: Terrible hair cut! Dirty shop. Semi-rude employee.
She didnt communicate clearly and completely RUINED where my side burns turn into my beard. Both looked ridiculous afterwards. They should have blended together but she put a 1inch gap on one side of my face and a 1 and 1/2 inch gap on the other side. Not only did they not connect with the beard, but they werent even in length.
As she was cutting my hair she very matter of factly stated that I had a lot of dandruff. She suggested it was because I didnt clean my head often enough. I shower and shampoo DAILY so I found this very offensive.
I also got a shampoo. The water was icy cold and even after speaking up it was still very cold. Not even close to warm.
The store seemed cluttered and had hair on the floor when I came in despite a complete lack of customers.
I couldnt wait to get out of this place and probably shouldnt have even paid for the cut.
