1 /5 Barnes Jhade (JB): Terrible experience, the staff has no clue what they are doing, poor communication and interactions with patients. You can expect to sit waiting with minimal communication for 6-8 hours while they try to figure out whats going and get you seen. I have been trying to transfer my medical records for 2 weeks from the Ontario office to Moreno Valley with no success. Managers and Directors work whenever they want and dont display any leadership. I wish there was a way they could be closed down. Minimal to ineffective use of Electronic Medical Records, patient care and or follow-through. I have been on the phone countless times with the staff and zero progress.
