I went in for a trim and decided that I wanted to cut my hair above my shoulders instead. Genesis asked me a lot of questions to make sure that I would be comfortable with such a big change, she even took the time to cut it in phases to make sure I liked it before taking off the final couple of inches. I highly reccomend her services!
