5 /5 Doug C: I had the most amazing experience dealing directly with Bo at Bo Jonssons Foreign Car Service after a harrowing experience where my 2006 Eclipse lost an axle on the freeway as I started a trip back home to Los Angeles. I was desperate to get it fixed and get back on the road. Bo went above and beyond to help me out.
The damage was extensive and required a new axle, but they could not find a vital additional piece on such short notice to make it work (no surprise given the age of my car). Despite this setback, Bo and his team were undaunted and went to extraordinary lengths to manually fabricate a repair to the damaged piece. To my surprise, they completed the entire job in just one day!
Not only did they fix my car, but Bo also gave me an office to work in all day and provided me with invaluable insights about what had happened. He truly went out of his way to ensure that I was taken care of.
The best part? The price they charged me was unbelievably reasonable given the quality of service I received. I have never seen such great value for what I paid for a car repair before. Its clear that Bo and his team are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their customers.
Overall, I cant recommend this auto repair shop enough. I only wish they were closer to where I live in Los Angeles. If youre in the San Mateo area and need your car fixed, this is the place to go. Thank you, Bo and team, for going above and beyond to get me back on the road!
