Yadira Vargas: Ive been here several times, its was ok as other posts say back in 2020. Now in 2022 the owner lady who does the acrylic nails has gotten worse in all aspects; customer service, interest, dedication, shes rude and does not care what the customer wants. While I have been waiting for my turn I see clients complaining and I have always given them a chance to realize they can get out of business if they dont care for the customer but today I was fed up. On one occasion of his year I went to get a cuticle clean up and she savagely did it pulling the dry cuticles like it was raw meat and cutting one of my cuticles and not saying sorry at all or even trying to care for it I was bleeding a lot and she just cleaned it off and didnt even look at my eyes or say excuse me... NO RESPONSE OR EMOTION. On a different occasion she was doing my acrylic set and when I told her they were not looking very good because some parts were not covered with the polish she got angry and began doing it worse acting like she didnt understand English AND ONLY SAYING YES FRIEND I FIX RIGHT NOW!! But she does nothing and continues to finish up and doesnt even say she is done and moves to the next client expecting you to go pay and leave. The same thing happened when she was doing an acrylic set on me and she was doing them TOO thick for my taste and I politely let her know and she got angry and did them worse. replying the same thing, I FIX RIGHT NOW FRIEND! AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENS! Today was the last day I went because I left with a chipped nail and I told her and she said the same thing I FIX RIGHT NOW FRIEND and she did nothing to it and proceeded as usual with the next client. I hope NOBODY ever goes there anymore and gives her your $45-$100+ dollars for bad service, bad treatment, and BAD NAILS. IF you the owner reads this I hope you begin a change in your "NICE Nails SPA" and maybe begin by your attitude and service ideas. Your a talented nail technician but have become a bad technician with horrible services. May you get light in your life and stop earning hard worked money from our community.

Mary P: Visited today..August 15th. I havent been here in several years since I sold my house in Nevada City. I went to the deli area because they used to make great tuna salad. The lady said I would have to wait 20 minutes until they make it. I passed on that. I then asked for just a cup of coffee and she said she would have to make another pot..5 to 10 .minutes . So I passed on that. Nobody else in line for the deli. Such a disappointment...unfortunately nothing like it used to be. I noticed suishi in the raw has taken over the dining area which opens at 430pm. Hopefully this will help this business. I will stick to the newer organic grocery store in Grass Valley in the meantime and hope they can do better because i have great memories of this place! .

I went into this salon not ever having gotten my nails done before or knowing anything about it, but she is so welcoming and encouraging. Her nail art speaks for itself. She and her partner David are so friendly and warm, and the atmosphere at the salon is perfect. I love being here knowing my hands are literally in good hands with Molly, who takes her time and ensures her work is perfect for you. I don’t even live in Anaheim, I live 20+ miles away in San Gabriel, but this is my forever spot now and I’m happy to make the drive. Thank you so much, Molly!
