Smh my feet is peeling from the top of my right foot and just hurts and itches so bad !!! Smfh!!! They need to clean there tools! I will be calling state board this is not right!
Alyrina Nails & Spa - Fresno C R: Went in for a hard gel mani. I already had a hard gel mani but they were grown out ( my usual nail girl is on vacation so I decided to try this place out) these are my natural nails and I decided to go shorter. Since my nails were grown out and shaped as an almond, they charged me an extra $10 since they had to file them down and its now considered a "shape change." Apparently the girl in the front also didnt tell the guy I wanted a mani so he only went around and cut my cuticle after he put polish on, he didnt even push it back. Lol. In all I got stuck with some thick nails and paid $63 for this. Wouldnt recommend for hard gel manis and wont be going back.
City Nails & Spa - Fresno Ari V: If I could give 0 stars. I would. The owner, her name is Helen, short hair one of the first seats. I made an appointment for 2:45. When I got there she was helping someone else (not a problem), she then stopped the other girls nails to do mine (not cool or professional), she asked me 10 times throughout doing my nails what color I wanted but I couldnt decide just yet, she got a little aggressive and told me to sit somewhere else while I decided and then went back to working on the other girls nails. Once I chose a color, she again stopped with the other girl and took me back into her chair. While waiting I noticed that she didnt fully apply acrylic to some spots of my nails for my fill, some parts were still rough to the point that it was catching on my shirt. When I sat back in her chair and pointed this out, she got aggressive yet again and tried to pass her lack of work off as "I just tried to make your nails thin", which has nothing to do with spots missing acrylic for my fill. She then added entire gobs of acrylic onto my nails, enough of it that it got uneven and it was the amount that would normally be used for a full set! She was rude, did a bad job and could care less about fixing her mistake. She also rushed way way way too fast in doing my nails. This was my first and last time here. If you go, dont get your nails done by Helen the owner.
National Nails - Fresno L DeeLyia (Dandelions): For a person with healthy nails. I absolutely hate it when the tech does not respect that you have a naturally long nail bed. My technician kept separating my skin from my nail bed and filing it until my skin separated like 1mm. This hurts and now I have weird short looking nail beds. The side profile appears like my nails are lifting off which is not attractive. Never going there again.

Polish was flooding her cuticles or there was not enough nail polish. The owner was so rude and blamed my moms nails and cuticles for the nail
polish not being applied correctly. Staff is nice and understanding but the Owner kept making exuses. Also they were talking rudely about customers in their language.!! never coming back

I have been going to Bella Nails for about 6 months and have always had a pretty good experience. The lady that works the front desk can be rude and snappy sometimes, but overall they have always done a good job on my nails.
The last time I went (about 2 weeks ago) I had so many problems that I will never go back. I got there at about 5:30 PM to get a fill. I asked for some very simple Halloween nail art (orange tip design included in pictures) that I was originally told should be no problem. After about a 10 minute wait I was told to that Laura would take care of me.
I showed Laura the image of the nail art I wanted and she exclaimed that it could not be done and that I needed to pick one color for my nails. Ok, fine. So I asked for a gel French tip with black polish instead of white. She said ok and began working. She was very good to ask me about the length and shape and listened to what I had to say.
She laid the acrylic but when she started to shape my nails is when the real problems began. When using the nail drill, she ended up grinding off the skin surrounding my nail on EVERY SINGLE FINGER. The first time it happened, my thumb was BLEEDING EXCESSIVELY and she apologized. Alright, accidents happen, no big deal... moving on. Then she starts on the next finger and does the same thing. I told her multiple times as she was working her way through the nails that it was hurting, but she didnt seem to care. By the time she was finished, she had made 5 of my fingers bleed and ALL of them were completely raw from the drill getting my skin.
She starts to paint and literally ARGUES with me that I need to have solid black and not a French tip because its "faster and cheaper". Eventually she agrees to do what Im asking and we finish up.
As I go to pay the lady (a different one than normal. She was super kind!) asked why I changed my mind about the nail art. When I told her Laura said she couldnt do it they went and talked. The lady from the front came back to to tell me that she DIDNT WANT TO DO IT... She didnt want to. So I didnt get what I wanted and was more than happy to pay for.
Overall my finished nails themselveslook pretty good. The shape and lines of the French tip were great (hence the one star...) But here we are TWO weeks later and my fingers are still sensitive, healing and scabbing from the excessive drilling. Like I said, I have had good experiences before. But this was horrible. I dont plan on ever going back... Lauras laziness and inconsideration killed this place for me.
Le Belle Nails and Spa - Fresno Crystal: I went here in mid December for a pedicure and my feet and gel polish looked great! It stayed on until a few days ago when I had to cut my nails. They lasted for 2 and a half months! I will be back to get them done again soon.
Lily Nails & Spa - Fresno Pricilla Hernandez: Do not go here you’ll end up paying double to repair the damage that they do.
This was by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever received a pedicure. My nails are Not even have old nail polish on them. One of the tech kept hitting my leg to position me to her liking! The other told me they don’t do nails for people with medial issues like diabetes. They kept talking to customers poorly about past staff. At the end instead of apologizing about the issues Lilly said maybe next time I should do it myself. I told her no maybe I should go somewhere more professional! Especially since your equipment is not sterilized.
Forum Nails and Spa - Fresno Ashli Watson: I wasn’t sure about getting the nail design I wanted but I put my faith into my nail guy Sun, every place I have been to said they couldn’t do the design I wanted but Sun said he would try it for me and they are the best nails and design I have ever gotten done my entire life of getting my nails done. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go get their nails and toes done at Forum Nails and Spa
golden Hour Nails - Fresno Impatient One: A great environment/ communication. my nails came out just like the picture I showed her , my toes came out perfect as well . They both took there time and was not in a rush like other salons .
