A very professional well organized clean and knowledgeable shop. A family owned and run business that cares about its clients. A great customer experience. Quotes and work summaries by email, with a follow up system that notifies you about recommended maintenance. Erin, Nathan, and the team do great work. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Mike Emery: If BMW is the “Ultimate Driving Machine,” then BAVARIUM Autoworks is the truly the “Ultimate Repair Shop.” They’ve kept my post-warranty X3 running flawlessly for nine years and 115k miles by providing impeccable, unmatched service spanning every conceivable need. They’ve performed minor services (fluids replacement) to major services (turbocharger / steering rack replacement) with equal aplomb. While their diagnostic capabilities are superior to those of a local BMW dealer, their fees are approximately 30-40% lower...depending on the service. I also calculated that the average monthly repair cost on my car is half the cost of a loan / lease on a new one, with lesser commitment. Owners Erin and Andy Gomes make a fabulous pair, with buttressing by Andrew, Rachel, Tommy, and the entire team. Bravo to BAVARIUM Autoworks! Their life’s work has made my life easier!

5 /5 Hillary Thagard: I was experiencing an issue with my stereo system and needed an alternative to the dealership for service. Bavarium Autoworks was close to my office, so I requested an appointment. I received a prompt text confirmation from Erin. Rachel assisted me and was great to work with as my service advisor. What I was hoping was a minor issue turned into something more serious. Rachel was helpful in suggesting that the repair may be covered by insurance. Unfortunately it was not. The pricing offered by Bavarium Autoworks was fair and reasonable. So much so that I opted to have the tires replaced and aligned. They provided me with a loaner and kept me updated throughout the repair process. I could not have been more pleased with the experience. I also really enjoyed working with women in what is traditionally a male-dominated industry. Bavarium Autoworks has deservedly earned a new loyal customer.

As others have noted, they provided estimates on the work requests, informed me about additional services I might want to consider via email, and kept me informed during every step of the process. Erin was also very open to some feedback that provided. Its great to know that I can trust Bavarium Autoworks to keep my modern classic healthy and running smoothly for years to come. :)

5 /5 Joey Tipton: I took my Jeep in for some diagnostics and found out the engine was in bad shape. My Jeep now has a new engine and runs better than ever! I’m very happy I decided to have my engine replaced here. Great communication and extremely intelligent technicians. This is a much more personal experience than you will get at a dealership. Bavarium exceeded my expectations in every way possible.
