Ieng Lao: I took my Toyota Corolla 2016 for an oil change and there was no appointment needed. I requested synthetic oil and the owner quoted $60. I waited there and watched what they did with the car. The owner used Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy Motor Oil 0W20 Full Synthetic and took about 30 minutes to get the oil changed. I was very happy with service and highly recommended this shop.

From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with Toyota and Lexus vehicles — especially hybrids. They performed a comprehensive service including oil change, spark plugs, transmission and coolant service (including the hybrid inverter system), and even cleaned the throttle body. They used OEM parts and explained everything clearly without any upselling. The pricing was very fair for the scope of work, especially compared to the dealership. It’s hard to find a shop that knows hybrids this well, and SLT clearly specializes in Toyota/Lexus systems. My car is running smoother than ever — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic in the South Bay!
